Fish for trophy sized yellowtail kingfish at the prolific and stunning Mokohinau Islands with Offshore Adventures.

Within minutes of leaving Tony and Bea's boutique lodge in Mangawhai Heads (New Zealand) you can be fishing for snapper and the famous yellowtail kingfish or if we push further offshore to the Mokohinau Island on the outer edge of the Hauraki Gulf you will be fishing reefs and structure that hold some of New Zealand’s biggest trophy snapper and the mighty kingfish that will test your tackle and ability. In the warmer months offshore of the Mokohinau Islands striped, black and blue marlin can be caught when the warm currents pushes in.

Tony and Bea offer a purpose built fishing lodge to their clients that is only a 5min drive to the dock, beach, golf courses, restaurants, vineyards and much more..

The lodge has been designed and built so anglers can arrive the night before their charter and have a relaxing evening and start their offshore fishing adventure. The lodge has two large sleeping rooms that will cater for up to five anglers, a BBQ area, pizza oven, kitchenette, bathroom, filleting station and even a small tackle store with some of the finest lures and terminal tackle collected from Tony and Bea’s travels.

Come on a trip to the Mokohinau Islands, New Zealand to target the world renowned, hard fighting yellow tail kingfish.
