Fried Curry Fish
Serves: 2
Ingredients
2 Tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ cup flour
2 Tbsp curry powder
1 eggs, beaten
4 Snapper fillets
Oil for shallow frying ½ cup yoghurt

Method

Put coriander, garlic, flour and curry powder in a bowl and mix together.

Dip fish in egg then coat in curry-flour mixture.

Shallow fry until browned and crispy on both sides and cooked through.

Serve with yoghurt and chopped cucumber, tomato, onion & fresh red chilli salad. Enjoy!
