Baked Snapper in a Green Onion & Ginger Sauce

Serves: 4


500g Snapper Fillets

2 tsp sesame oil
1/3 cup dry sherry
3 Tbsp light soy sauce
¼ cup green onion, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated


  1. Preheat oven to 400°C.

  2. Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl

  3. Put fish in a casserole dish and drizzle marinade over it.

  4. Bake for 12 minutes or until fish is cooked and flakes easily.

  5. Serve with wild rice and stir-fry cabbage, or vegetables to suit your palate. ENJOY!
