Baked Snapper in a Green Onion & Ginger Sauce
Serves: 4
Ingredients
500g Snapper Fillets
Marinade
2 tsp sesame oil
1/3 cup dry sherry
3 Tbsp light soy sauce
¼ cup green onion, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

Method

Preheat oven to 400°C.

Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl

Put fish in a casserole dish and drizzle marinade over it.

Bake for 12 minutes or until fish is cooked and flakes easily.

Serve with wild rice and stir-fry cabbage, or vegetables to suit your palate. ENJOY!
